Filling Operator - 2nd Shift

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization in the adhesives and sealants industry, is seeking a Packaging Operator - 2nd Shift to join their team. As a Packaging Operator - 2nd Shift, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the manufacturing and packaging processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, safety consciousness, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Packaging Operator - 2nd Shift

Location: Mentor, OH

Pay Range: $20-$22/hourly

Shift: Evenings (2:30-10:30pm)

What's the Job?

• Operate equipment to fill bulk adhesives/sealants into cartridges or other packaging vehicles
• Ensure the proper palletization of finished products for transfer to the Distribution Center
• Adhere to safety, health, and environmental standards at all times
• Perform minor troubleshooting and maintenance on equipment
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and promptly

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
• Good communication skills and teamwork attitude

• Operar equipos para llenar adhesivos y selladores en cartuchos u otros envases de empaque
• Asegurar la correcta paletización de los productos terminados para su transferencia al Centro de Distribución
• Adherirse en todo momento a las normas de seguridad, salud y medio ambiente
• Realizar mantenimiento menor y solucionar problemas en los equipos
• Completar toda la documentación requerida de manera precisa y oportuna
