Factory Worker – Light Assembly (Wire Cutting) 1st Shift | Full-Time
What You'll Do- Cut wire to specified lengths and specifications using hand tools or wire-cutting equipment
- Inspect cut pieces for accuracy and quality
- Follow work instructions and production schedules
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
- Report any equipment issues or quality concerns to your supervisor
- Perform other light production duties as assigned
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Comfort with repetitive tasks and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or GED preferred
