ACO, Inc. is seeking a Polymer Production Operator to support environmental and industrial service operations in Amarillo, TX. This hands-on role monitors, operates, and adjusts polymer blending and feed systems used in waste treatment and industrial cleanup processes. Responsibilities include loading materials, setting controls, sampling and testing product, and recording operating data. The operator follows strict safety and environmental procedures, performs basic equipment inspections, coordinates with drivers and field crews, and helps troubleshoot process issues to maintain quality, reliability, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor polymer production and feed systems for waste and industrial processes
- Load raw materials, set operating parameters, and adjust controls to meet process specifications
- Collect product and process samples and perform basic tests or measurements
- Record operating data, logs, and production metrics accurately and on time
- Inspect equipment, report issues, and assist with basic maintenance and troubleshooting
- Follow all safety, environmental, and regulatory procedures and use required PPECoordinate with drivers, field crews, and supervisors to support daily service schedules
- Assist with housekeeping to maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area
