Gilder Search Group is seeking a CNC Lathe Machinist for on-site, 2nd shift in Mentor, OH. This role requires independent setup and operation of CNC lathes, running high-precision parts and performing quality inspections to ensure tight tolerances.
You will use micrometers, calipers, depth gauges, and plug/ring gauges, reading blueprints with GD&T symbols, and aiming for zero-defect quality. Expect autonomy within two weeks and a safe, collaborative shop environment.
