Your schedule2:00pm–10:00pm, Monday–Friday; support on Saturdays and beyond regular hours as needed.

Could this be you?

Do you verify machine parameters and auxiliary equipment settings before every start-up—and again at set intervals?

Can you execute start-up, restart, shut-down, and cleaning procedures while monitoring processes and troubleshooting issues to keep output on track?

Are you diligent about documents and inspections—confirming job paperwork, completing start-up checks, and performing in-process quality verifications?

Will you uphold a medical manufacturing quality system aligned to ISO 13485 and FDA expectations while following company safety policies and OSHA rules?

Can you keep multiple molding machines productive and compliant, escalating abnormalities quickly to the right contacts?

Are you comfortable with packaging tasks like scale counting, printing labels, and preparing finished goods per SOP?

Do you operate a grinding machine and use measurement gauges confidently?

Will you embrace Lean and 5S to sustain a tidy, efficient department?

Can you record data electronically and communicate handoffs effectively across shifts, supporting co-workers, internal customers, and support teams?

Minimum qualifications

High school diploma or GEDBasic understanding of injection molding machines and peripheral devices

Ability to read/interpret work instructions and safety documents; follow written and verbal English instructions

Quality-driven problem solver who handles part and equipment variation and makes sound decisions

Basic computer literacy for electronic communication and data entry

Experience with cycle counting and using scales for weight calculations

Strong attendance and team collaboration; flexibility to assist outside normal hours, including some Saturdays Bonus points for Injection molding experience

Plastic extrusion experience

Blow molding experience

Blueprint reading

Equipment you’ll touch

Injection molding machines and auxiliaries

Measurement gauges

Grinding machine
