Machine Operator

Princeton Tool Inc is seeking a Machine Operator to support our Defense & Aerospace manufacturing operations. In this role, you will set up and operate CNC/manual machines to produce tight-tolerance components, perform in-process inspections using precision measuring tools, and follow detailed work instructions in a safety- and process-driven environment. You'll collaborate with engineering and quality teams, maintain equipment, document production data, and support continuous improvement while meeting demanding customer and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC and/or manual machines to produce precision components
• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and job travelers
• Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Monitor machine performance and adjust offsets or tooling as needed
• Maintain quality standards in an ISO/AS9100-style environment
• Accurately record production, inspection, and downtime data
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Communicate issues with supervisors, engineering, and quality teams
• Support continuous improvement and problem-solving activities
• Perform basic preventive maintenance and tool changes

Required Skills

• CNC machine operation

• Shop math and tolerancing (GD&T fundamentals)
