Full-Time | $18.80/hour - 1st shift - 7:00am

Join our light assembly production team as an Epoxy Applicator, where precision meets purpose in a clean, comfortable factory environment. If you enjoy hands‑on work that rewards care and consistency, this could be your next great fit.
What You'll Do- Apply epoxy carefully and precisely around sieves according to specifications
- Inspect completed work for consistency, coverage, and quality
- Handle materials and finished parts with care to avoid damage or defects
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow established procedures and safety guidelines
- Report quality issues, material shortages, or equipment concerns to your supervisor
- Perform other light assembly duties as assigned
- Steady hands and strong attention to detail
- Ability to perform precise, repetitive tasks with consistency
- Comfort working with epoxy or similar materials (training provided!)
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination for precision work
- Ability to lift light materials as needed
- Willingness to wear required safety gear (gloves, etc.)
Clean, light-factory setting — not your typical industrial floor
Full training provided, no prior epoxy experience required
