In this hands-on role, you’ll play a crucial part in producing high-quality stainless steel and aluminum sheet metal components. Work closely with experienced team members to ensure top-notch results every day.

• As a TIG Welder, you will be responsible for setting up and operating TIG welding equipment to join thin-gauge stainless steel and aluminum sheets meticulously preparing materials, following safety procedures, and adhering to quality standards troubleshooting welding issues, documenting work completed, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace ensuring all welds meet specified standards and customer requirements collaborating with team members to meet daily production goals

• The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 2+ years of TIG welding experience, specifically with stainless steel and aluminum sheet metal familiarity working with thin gauges (14g and 16g) a strong understanding of welding techniques and craftsmanship certification in TIG welding is a plus reliability, excellent attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset physical ability to stand for extended periods and manipulate welding tools comfortably
