🔧 CNC Machinist / Setup / Operator – $25-$28/hr – Mentor, OH 🔩

Chardon Mancan is partnering with a local mentor facility in search of an experienced CNC Machinist! This is a high-mix, low-volume shop where no two days are the same. We’re looking for someone skilled in setup, operation, and inspection of CNC mills.

💵 Pay: $25–$28/hour (based on experience)

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4pm with overtime opportunities

Job Duties:

⚙ Set up and run CNC milling machines
📏 Inspect parts to ensure accuracy to blueprint specs
🗂 Read and interpret technical drawings and job order
🔧 Make machine adjustments and change tooling as needed
🧼 Keep work area clean and organized

✅ Requirements:
⏱️ At least 2 years of CNC mill experience
🧠 Strong setup and troubleshooting knowledge
📘 Ability to read blueprints
🛠 Familiar with calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools, Comfortable with a high-mix, low-volume production environment
