Role Status: Full-Time, Direct Hire

Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00/hour

• 1st Shift: 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM at $20.00/hour
• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM at $22.00/hour
• 3rd Shift: $21.50/hour

We are seeking dedicated Packaging Line Operators for permanent, full-time roles based in Mentor, OH. You will play a vital role in our manufacturing success by managing filling and packaging machinery, preparing goods for distribution, conducting essential quality inspections, applying labels, and ensuring the production floor remains orderly and secure.

• Manage and oversee the performance of filling and packaging machinery.
• Ensure finished goods are correctly placed into containers and cartridges.
• Assist in the loading and unloading of materials to maintain line flow.
• Help ensure product integrity by labeling, dating, inspecting, and palletizing finished items.
• Execute production tasks according to orders while verifying that all packaging components are correct.
• Help maintain high standards by performing quality audits and logging production data accurately.
• Address minor equipment issues by performing basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
• Contribute to a tidy and efficient workspace by keeping the packaging area organized.
• Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by strictly adhering to all safety protocols and wearing necessary PPE.
• Ensure that all output meets established goals for production volume, quality standards, and safety compliance.

• Completion of High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
• Prior background in manufacturing, packaging, assembly, warehouse, or machine operation is advantageous.
• Capacity to handle basic mathematical calculations and interpret written instructions.
• Ability to thrive within a high-speed production setting.
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Support team productivity by maintaining the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a repetitive basis.
• An eagerness to develop skills in operating various manufacturing and packaging tools.
