• As the Assistant Director of Nursing, you are responsible for assisting with the establishment and implementation standards of resident care.
• Oversees maintenance and accuracy of resident’s clinical records, reflecting current status and maintains confidentiality of all resident care information.
• Serve as a resource for the staff regarding the resident’s cognitive and functional ability.
• Evaluates the quality and appropriateness of care and the effectiveness and efficiency of systems within the facility setting.
• Be a key nurse manager in infection control protocol maintenance.

• Education:
  
  RN, graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Experience:
  
  Two years experience as a Registered Nurse and prior experience in the long-term care industry preferred
• License:
  Current RN licensure in the state employed, CPR certification
• Strong desire to provide quality care to residents
• Detail oriented
