• As the Assistant Director of Nursing, you are responsible for assisting with the establishment and implementation of standards of resident care.
• Oversee maintenance and accuracy of residents’ clinical records, reflecting current status and maintaining confidentiality of all resident care information.
• Serve as a resource for the staff regarding the resident’s cognitive and functional ability.
• Evaluate the quality and appropriateness of care and the effectiveness and efficiency of systems within the facility setting.
• Be a key nurse manager in infection control protocol maintenance.

• Education:
  
  RN Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Experience:
  
  Two years experience as a Registered Nurse and preference for prior experience in the long‑term care industry
• License:
  Current RN licensure in the state of employment, CPR certification
• Strong desire to provide quality care to our residents
• Detail oriented
