Schedule:

Week 1 – Wednesday, Thursday, Friday;
Week 2 – Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday 7pm-7am

• Lead and supervise the Wellness team and other departments, ensuring quick, reliable, person-centered care.
• Be actively engaged on the floor, responding to call lights, assisting the team, and prioritizing resident needs.
• Accurately document resident assessments, medical records, and internal documents, ensuring timely filing.
• Provide compassionate care, exemplifying Arrow’s core values in every resident interaction.

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing within the state of employment.
• Ability to provide direct, hands‑on nursing care, including medication passes.
• Comprehensive knowledge of current care standards, regulations, and medication laws.
• Understanding of the requirements for caring for and supervising residents.
• Preferred but not required experience with memory‑impaired residents and Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
• Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
• Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for serving residents.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, lift and move up to 50 pounds, and perform two‑person transfers.
• Legal clearance, including criminal background check.
