Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active RN license in Ohio (or compact state eligibility)
• Minimum of one year recent experience in Telemetry nursing
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong patient assessment, monitoring, and communication skills
• Comfort adapting to new workflows and hospital systems

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms for patients on Telemetry units
• Administer medications, IVs, and other prescribed treatments
• Document patient observations and interventions accurately
• Communicate continuously with multidisciplinary teams and patient families
• Provide patient education tailored to individual needs
• Adapt quickly to new healthcare environments and best practices
