The PRN RN in the Emergency Department at Cleveland Clinic Mentor Hospital provides essential nursing care to patients in a fast‑paced environment. This role is ideal for compassionate caregivers who excel in delivering high‑quality patient care and coordinating with healthcare teams.

• Pay: $43.00/hour
• Location: Mentor, OH
• Facility: Mentor Hospital
• Department/Unit: Emergency Department
• Schedule: Per Diem, Nights

• Provide direct nursing care to patients.
• Implement and monitor patient care plans.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patients' conditions.
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well‑coordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patients' discharge needs.

• Education: Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (ADN or BSN program)
• Experience: 2 years recent related nursing experience for external applicants; internal applicants with less than 2 years’ experience may be considered with approval

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required upon hire or within one year
