Position: LPN/Nurse Manager $5k Sign On $31.50-$39 7pm-7am (Full-Time)

Wellness Nurse Manager – Full‑Time

Location:

Mentor, Ohio

Sign On Bonus – $5,000

Starting wage: $31.50 – $39.00 per hour

Shift schedule:
Week 1 – Wednesday, Thursday, Friday;
Week 2 – Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday 7 pm – 7 am

Responsibilities
  • Serve as superior supervisor: oversee the building, lead the Wellness team and collaborate with other departments to deliver reliable, person‑centered care.
  • Be a force on the floor: provide hands‑on assistance, respond to call lights and team requests with a resident‑first mindset.
  • Maintain diligent documentation: accurately complete resident assessments, medical records, and internal documents.
  • Act as a compassionate caregiver: demonstrate Arrow’s core values, ensuring professional, caring interactions that leave residents feeling safe.
Qualifications
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state of employment.
  • Direct nursing care experience, including medication administration.
  • Knowledge of current care standards and regulations.
  • Knowledge of medication regulation and law.
  • Understanding of care and supervision requirements for residents.
  • Experience with memory‑impaired residents preferred.
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) preferred.
  • English reading, writing, and communication skills.
  • Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
  • Ability to lift or move items up to 50 pounds and perform two‑person transfers.
  • Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, and to aid after a fall.
  • Criminal background check clearance.
