Registered Nurse (RN)

Schedule:
Full and Part Time 7pm-7am with every other weekend rotation.
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document residents' conditions and report any changes to physicians and family members
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive and personalized patient care
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
