We are seeking a detail‑oriented NDT Technician – Borescope Operator to join our team on first shift. In this role, you will perform high‑quality non‑destructive testing inspections using borescope equipment to ensure product integrity and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities- Perform borescope inspections on components and assemblies
- Interpret and evaluate inspection results against specifications and standards
- Document findings accurately and maintain inspection records
- Identify and report defects, non‑conformities, and discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with NDT procedures, safety standards, and quality systems
- Maintain and calibrate inspection equipment as needed
- Collaborate with quality, engineering, and production teams
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous NDT or borescope inspection experience preferred
- Familiarity with aerospace, manufacturing, or industrial inspection environments is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
- Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting
- NAS‑410 or equivalent NDT certification
- Experience with visual inspection (VT) methods
