Position: NDT Operator - Borescope (1st Shift)

6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented NDT Technician – Borescope Operator to join our team on first shift. In this role, you will perform high-quality non-destructive testing inspections using borescope equipment to ensure product integrity and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform borescope inspections on components and assemblies
  • Interpret and evaluate inspection results against specifications and standards
  • Document findings accurately and maintain inspection records
  • Identify and report defects, non-conformities, and discrepancies
  • Ensure compliance with NDT procedures, safety standards, and quality systems
  • Maintain and calibrate inspection equipment as needed
  • Collaborate with quality, engineering, and production teams
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous NDT or borescope inspection experience preferred
  • Familiarity with aerospace, manufacturing, or industrial inspection environments is a plus
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
  • Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting
Preferred Certifications (if applicable)
  • NAS-410 or equivalent NDT certification
  • Experience with visual inspection (VT) methods
