Perform visual inspections of castings to verify compliance with customer and quality requirements;
Identify defects and determine disposition of parts based on established specifications;
Route nonconforming parts to the appropriate finishing operations for rework when necessary;
Hold and classify rejected parts for review and disposition;
Interpret and apply inspection criteria and specifications provided by the Quality Department
