Job Title:
Quality Tech Pay: $20 - $25 per hour

As a Quality Tech, you'll inspect, test, and evaluate materials, components, and products to ensure they meet internal and customer quality standards. You'll work closely with production and engineering teams to identify defects, support root cause analysis, and help implement corrective actions.
What You’ll DoAs a Quality Tech, you will be responsible for:
• Inspecting and testing parts using established specifications, drawings, and procedures
• Using measurement tools and blueprint reading to confirm product quality
• Identifying defects and documenting findings clearly and accurately
• Supporting root cause analysis and assisting with corrective action processes
• Applying quality tools and methodologies (including SPC, FMEA, and Root Cause Analysis as needed)
What You’ll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical training preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or quality control environment
• Familiarity with quality tools and methodologies (SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis)
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and using measurement tools; strong documentation skills
