Position:
Weekend Warrior Server (Full Time)

Location:

Mentor, Ohio

Starting wage: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour

Shift Schedule – Friday/Saturday 7 am – 3 pm
Monday/Sunday 11:30 am – 7:30 pm

• Host with the Most – greet residents and make them feel welcome, be present in the dining room, mingle, entertain, and foster an environment where residents can connect.
• Peppy Prepper – prep a table for service, salads for the next meal, or rolling silverware; understand that a successful meal service can only happen if you’re prepared.
• Titan of Tidiness – bus tables, sweep floors – essential duties that keep the community something we can be proud of.
• Appetite Anthropologist – communicate with supervisors and Wellness when poor dietary habits or unusual changes in appetite are observed, as well as when residents are absent from meals.

• Minimum age 16 years.
• Read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
• Positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• Active – role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall.
• Must be criminally cleared.
