Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer experiences.;
Manage departments (Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management), set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results.;
Ensure Crew and Managers deliver great customer experience and that promotions are executed; train staff in service procedures; organize Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru for optimal service.;
Ensure the restaurant delivers quality food quickly, food safety, cost control, and train kitchen staff on production procedures including new menu items.;
Hire qualified crew, train them well, and schedule to meet restaurant sales and profit goals; onboard and motivate crew.
