You will make an impact by:

• Maintaining a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members
• Providing exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have
• Maintaining a clean, neat, and member-ready area
• Receiving & stocking merchandise in an organized manner
• Maintaining inventory so that there is no out of stock and over-stock products

  Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the products; collaborate with cross functional teams and help educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicate effectively and develop interpersonal skills for providing customer service; be flexible to the needs of the business to work in other areas, track goods, maintain in-stock levels, and control shrinkage in a timely manner.
• Be an Expert:
  Understand processes and specifications related to quality of various types of produce merchandise; prepare (trim, crisp, package, scale) products according to established standards; maintain product safety and sanitation guidelines; adhere to laws, regulations, and company policies related to produce quality.
• Be a Techie:
  Use digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them.
• Be an Owner:
  Drive the performance of the area; use digital tools; use perpetual inventory management to stock and rotate department products; ensure quality and date control standards; eliminate waste; guide peers and assist customers according to company policies and procedures.
• Be a Talent Ambassador:
  Advocate for the department and the club by valuing the member's experience; model high quality service and products; exhibit energy, commitment, and passion for the work.
• Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; implement related action plans; use Open Door Policy in executing business processes.
• Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers, and other partners; identify priorities and deadlines; communicate progress; identify and address improvement opportunities; adapt to change and feedback.
