Pricing Team Member

This position requires a 12am‑8:30am shift every Wednesday for the role of a General Merchandise Clerk (entry‑level). Responsibilities include building rapport with customers, providing product knowledge, maintaining merchandise displays, using technology, and supporting various departments such as Health & Beauty Care, Hardlines, Fashion/Softlines, Pets, Hardware, Card & Party, Outdoor, Seasonal & Floral.

• Build rapport with customers.
• Display a friendly and outgoing attitude with good eye contact and body language.
• Help customers with questions; if unable, direct them to another team member.
• Stock product and maintain displays according to merchandising standards.
• Utilize technology to complete activities and tasks.
• Support all departments listed above.

• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Strong listening and communication skills, face‑to‑face and virtually.
• Willingness to learn or existing familiarity with job‑specific technology.
• Problem‑solving competence and eagerness to troubleshoot when necessary.
• Process‑driven and able to follow procedures efficiently.

• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, and twist while handling product.
