Pricing Team Member

General Responsibilities

• On shift 12am–8:30am every Wednesday, provide exceptional customer service by delivering product knowledge, efficient service, and friendly attitude.
• Build rapport with customers and respond to questions; if unable, direct them to a colleague.
• Stock product and maintain displays according to merchandising standards.
• Use technology to complete activities and tasks related to product, customer service, pricing, inventory, and merchandising.
• Collaborate with team members and managers on additional tasks as needed.
• Work in a fast‑paced environment, lift, carry, push, pull, bend, and twist product, and stand for long periods.

• Detail‑oriented and organized; strong listening and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn or familiarity with job‑specific technology.
• Problem‑solving competence and eagerness to troubleshoot.
• Process‑driven with ability to follow procedures efficiently.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, and twist while handling product and to stand for long periods.
