Retail Stocking Associate - Part Time

Role Overview

Join Burlington Stores, Inc. as a Stocking Associate and contribute to the fast‑paced, high‑volume environment of one of the nation’s largest off‑price retailers. You will perform daily tasks that ensure our stores remain stocked and organized, directly influencing customer experience and company results.

• Receive freight and convey shipments from the shipping/receiving platform to the backroom.
• Process, ticket, store, move, and display merchandise.
• Stock, organize and present new merchandise on the sales floor.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager from time‑to‑time.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Base Pay: $11.00 per hour (Regular Part‑Time position).

Benefits:
Eligible for Burlington’s benefits package (medical coverage and a 401(k) plan) based on hours worked, and up to 4 hours of paid time off annually after one year of service, up to 8 paid holidays, and paid sick time in accordance with applicable law.
