At Home - 7980 Plaza Boulevard - Responsibilities:
Plan and execute the daily/weekly workload and assigned tasks to deliver on visual merchandising, department and store sales goals, guest engagement;
Lead transitions, reinventions, product assortment changes, and resets while maintaining visual integrity;
Participates in freight processes for incoming freight and transitions, including stocking and end cap maintenance;
Support the store team in the areas of customer satisfaction, inventory control/shrink, safety, loss prevention expense control, and customer experience;
Leverages daily interactions to communicate and teach/train visual priorities and creation of visual moments that support the customer experience
