Lids - 7850 Mentor Avenue - Responsibilities:
Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is not present;
Manage store associates through training programs and regular follow up;
Administer disciplinary steps including verbal and written warnings;
Engage team members to support company objectives and store success;
Assist in recruiting and training store personnel on operations and procedures;
Resolve customer feedback and escalations in the moment to ensure customer satisfaction;
Adhere to policies and guidelines including merchandise protection and store cleanliness;
Maintain professional appearance per dress code;
Execute in-store selling strategy to achieve KPIs and sales targets;
Ensure participation in Lids membership programs and special in-store offers during live hours;
Maintain VM and store presentation, including merchandising and signage
