Store Operations Manager

Store Manager:

Rondinelli Tuxedo Company is looking for an experienced manager to run our location at the Great Lakes Mall in Mentor, OH! Applicants should have experience in Menswear Retail & the menswear rental industry. The primary focus of this role is to oversee the daily operations and lead the existing team at our retail location.

Main job responsibilities include: leading our team of retail associates, delegating tasks associated with store management, greeting customers, processing orders, inventory management, taking customer measurements, and overseeing general customer satisfaction.
