Cashier and Stock Associate

Krazy Bins in Mentor, OH is looking for Cashiers to join our team. We are located at 7723 mentor Ave. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and hard-working.

Krazy Bins is looking for an efficient, courteous Cashier and stock employee willing to flex between roles who possesses excellent customer service skills. To succeed as a Cashier/Stock flex, you should have a strong work ethic and high level of accuracy. You should be reliable, trustworthy, responsible, attentive to customer needs, and committed to providing excellent service.

The successful Cashier/Stick flex candidate will:

• Ensure prices and quantities are accurate when checking out our customers
• Accept payments and issue receipts.
• Answer inquiries, and provide helpful information to customers about merchandise or item location.
• Must be able to properly respond to complaints, process refunds or exchanges of items, and
• Maintain a clean workspace.
• Process and stock inventory from receipt to shelf

• Welcoming customers, answering their questions, helping them locate items, and providing advice or recommendations.
• Operating cash registers.
• Balancing the cash register and generating reports for credit and debit sales.
• Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and proving a receipt to every customer.
• Processing refunds and exchanges; resolving complaints.
• processing and sorting new arrival inventory
• Processing inventory to bins and shelves
• Handling inventory that could be up to 50 lbs. Maintaining a clean workspace.
• Additional responsibilities as needed.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service or Cashier experience required.
• Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly and reconcile your drawer after each shift
• High level of energy with strong customer service skills.
• Basic math and ability to operate a POS terminal.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy items, and work with other team members in a fast-paced environment to provide excellent service.
• Attention to detail.
• Helpful, courteous approach to resolving complaints.
