Position OverviewLooking for a high‑energy, people‑oriented role where your effort directly impacts your paycheck? Joyce is hiring Part‑Time Event Marketers to represent our brand at local events, generate leads, and set appointments. This is a fast‑paced, performance‑driven role for outgoing, self‑motivated individuals who want to earn more and grow quickly.
Compensation- $17 per hour base rate
- Uncapped performance‑based commissions on leads and appointments
- Average earnings of $20‑$25 per hour
- Top performers earning $30+ per hour
- Engage with homeowners at events, home shows, and retail locations
- Start conversations, build interest, and generate quality leads
