Position: Advisor Endzone & Loyalty (Front End)
Dick's Sporting Goods -  - Responsibilities:
Greet teammates and athletes and proactively approach athletes to understand their needs and support their shopping experience by providing helpful, accurate product knowledge and customer service;
Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment standards;
Promote company programs (e.g., customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment);
Adhere to policies related to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures, including external governing entities' guidelines;
Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and is treated with respect
