Inside Sales Representative

ACO, Inc. seeks an Inside Sales Representative to support our environmental and industrial services across the Texas Panhandle. In this office-based role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads, prepare quotes, and follow up to secure new and repeat business for roll-off containers, industrial cleanup, and related services. You will manage customer accounts in a CRM, coordinate with operations and dispatch to schedule services, and ensure responsive, safety-focused support.

This position offers hands-on exposure to municipal and industrial clients, strong safety training, and growth opportunities into leadership or specialized technical roles.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls for waste and environmental services
• Qualify leads, prepare quotes, and follow up to close business
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and update customer accounts
• Partner with operations to schedule roll-off containers and service work
• Provide timely, professional customer support and problem resolution
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly activity and revenue targets
• Collaborate with field and dispatch teams to ensure service reliability
• Stay current on service offerings, pricing, and regulatory requirements
