Detect theft, fraud, or suspicious activity and collect investigative evidence using CCTV and floor observations;
Document and report apprehensions, witness statements, retention of evidence, and disposition of recovered merchandise per company methods;
Conduct external interviews with customers and contractors per policy and assist with investigations;
Prepare and maintain records for investigations; attend court hearings as required and coordinate with local law enforcement;
Identify hazards and support safety initiatives; participate in morning meetings and assist with incident investigations and emergency response
