What You’ll DoOversee access control for employees and guests; validate credentials and issue temporary IDs Monitor Euclid fire and security alarm systems (corporate covers sales offices and distribution centers; Mentor site monitors itself)
Maintain continuous awareness of radio communications
Run the company’s internal 911 center via 2222 and 6222
Dispatch ETM’s as Incident Command during critical incidents and coordinate with police and fire Patrol grounds, enforce parking protocols, watch surveillance feeds, and conduct building inspections
Provide truck gate coverage as needed: verify shipping/receiving documentation, allocate docks, issue gate passes, and correctly scale raw material and scrap
Track railroad traffic entering and exiting company property
Apply company/departmental policies and represent Lincoln Electric professionally to all guests
Carry out additional tasks supporting the Company’s RISE Strategy What You Bring2+ years of security experience preferred
Excellent organizational strengths; proactive, quality-focused, and accountable
Strong written and verbal communication
Sound judgment under pressure; alert and composed in stressful situations
Ability to collaborate with colleagues at all levels
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, holidays, weekends; irregular schedules as required
Reliable attendance with an excellent “on time” record
Capacity to walk up to two miles per shift and climb steps
Valid Ohio driver’s license
