Position PurposeOur Field Maintenance Technicians ensure that equipment in our restaurants is maintained in a compliant, reliable, and efficient manner.

- Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, cooking equipment and related systems.
- Install and finalize connections to utilities for equipment (plumbing, electrical, gas, steam).
- Organize work by consulting manufacturer documentation and securing materials.
- Test, repair, and replace components of food service equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot breakdowns and maintain supplies.
- Maintain equipment records and conduct periodic assessments.
- Respond to emergencies, nights and weekends.
- Provide plumbing, electrical and light equipment repair and carpentry functions.
- Ensure safe work environment and compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with management on projects and tasks.
- 5+ years of experience in the trades.
- Experience with HVAC, electrical, refrigeration and cooking equipment platforms; valid Commercial Contractor License or equivalent for HVAC.
- Exceptional customer service and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of carpentry and building schematics.
- Mechanical troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time constraints.
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
- Must work outdoors on roofs during all seasons.
- Physical ability to bend, stoop, lift, and climb ladders; lift up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to work long hours, travel, potential overtime.
- Availability on-call 24 hours via pager.
- Manage equipment storage pods, inventories, transportation, and expense records.

- Provide exceptional customer service during field service duties.
- Analyze and troubleshoot high voltage and low voltage electrical systems.
- Fabricate and install electrical components.
- Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on industrial electrical equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
- Previous experience as an industrial electrician or field technician.
- Strong knowledge of high voltage and low voltage electrical systems.
- Ability to analyze and diagnose electrical issues.
- Proficiency in fabricating and installing electrical components.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
