Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
Responsibilities
- Diagnosing electrical issues by reading and interpreting diagrams, blueprints, and schematics.
- Install, repair, and maintain wiring, electrical wiring, fixtures, and related components.
- Perform general electrical maintenance and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, mechanical, electrical and pneumatic systems.
- Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on production machinery, tools, and facility systems.
- Perform general facilities maintenance tasks, such as painting, plumbing repairs, light grounds keeping.
- Microsoft Suite
- CSI
- UKG
- High school diploma/GED required; technical certification or degree is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience/strong knowledge in industrial electrical applications, including single phase and 3-phase systems.
- Experience with forklifts and scissor lifts.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to lead tasks or small projects when needed.
- Ability to work independently and safely in a fast-paced environment.
This position is full-time, non-exempt. Compensation typically follows industry median for Northeast Ohio/the Great Lakes region. You may be eligible for an annual bonus. This is a long-term, high accountability role.
