Bruziv Partners LLC is seeking a Maintenance Professional to join our Mentor, OH team and support and assist our current maintenance crew. You will handle a wide range of trades and coordinate with the on-site Property Manager to keep tenants satisfied.
Responsibilities include performing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and related renovations, supervising subcontractors, ordering supplies, and ensuring proper purchase orders for maintenance work. A valid driver's license is required.
