Maintenance Technician

PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a well-known manufacturer in Mentor, OH!

We are now hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians who are team players, versatile, and dependable. This role is a DIRECT HIRE.

• Pay rate: up to $36/hr
• 2nd shift:
  Tue-Fri or Mon-Thu, 2:30 PM-10:30 PM (+$2.00/hr)
• 3rd shift:
  Mon-Fri, 10:30 PM-6:30 AM (+$1.50/hr)
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on production equipment
• Conduct inspections to catch wear, leaks, or potential failures before they impact production, and support changeovers, adjustments, and calibrations as a hands-on Maintenance Technician
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams on equipment reliability, and assist with installation and commissioning of new equipment

• High School Diploma or GED required, Technical or Trade School certification preferred
• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in food, beverage, or chemical manufacturing
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, with the ability to read schematics, blueprints, and manuals
• Hands-on experience with VFDs, PLCs, sensors, pumps, conveyors, and robotic systems
• Working knowledge of preventative maintenance programs and CMMS software
