General Maintenance Technician

ACO, Inc. is seeking a General Maintenance Technician to support our Manufacturing operations within the Engineering, Maintenance & Asset Management department. In this role, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues, and help ensure minimal downtime. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in a culture that values teamwork, quality, compliance, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues to minimize production downtime
• Inspect, adjust, and repair motors, conveyors, pumps, compressors, and related equipment
• Support installation, commissioning, and upgrading of production machinery and facility assets
• Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout and company compliance standards
• Maintain accurate maintenance records in the computerized maintenance management system
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and asset management teams on reliability and improvement projects
• Participate in safety and quality initiatives to support product safety and operational excellence
