Drivers Potential, Part-time

Job Title

Driver of Roll-Off Dumpsters, with a smaller, residential-friendly, single-axle truck.

We are seeking drivers in the Mentor, Cleveland, Columbia Station, and Walton Hills areas and surrounding communities. Retirees are encouraged to apply.

Hourly pay: $23.00 + bonus potential.

Sign‑on bonus: $1,500 after 90 days.

Hourly increase: $1.00/hr after 6 months (with clean record).

Benefits: 401(k) after 1 year and Aflac program.

Part‑time: 3 days per week, 32–35 hours.

Full‑time: 3–4 days per week, 40+ hours plus additional benefits.

Seasonal/temporary part‑time positions:
Layoff in December, January, February; return in March 1.

Immediate start available.

Travel:
Company truck provided.

Licensing:
No CDL required. Must hold a current commercial DOT driver’s medical card (cost approx. $80).

Training will be provided. Drivers work independently but are guided by a dispatcher via smartphone.

Deliver and pick up 6–20 yard roll‑off dumpsters for construction and household debris.

Operate and drive lift trucks to transport trash, tarp and secure cargo.

Receive and relay information to central dispatcher.

Perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections of vehicle; maintain vehicle cleanliness.

• At least 25 years of age with a clean driving record.
• Professional attitude and neat appearance.
• Good verbal, reading, and writing English skills to represent the company and understand traffic signals.
• Ability to perform physical requirements of the position.
• Some commercial vehicle operation experience preferred.
• Good understanding of local area and neighborhoods.
• On‑boarding requires criminal history background check and MVR record screening.

Must be able to pass a 12‑panel drug screening.

• Familiarity with smartphones.
• Experience in construction industry is an asset.
