Warehouse Kit/Pack Associates are responsible for filling customer orders by means of scale or hand count, packing the orders in preparation for shipping, and may also perform other duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking, and shipping orders.
Packing AssociateWarehouse packing associates are responsible for packing orders, preparing customer orders for shipping via UPS, Fed Ex, or other freight carriers, and may also perform other duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking, and shipping orders.
Shipping AssociateWarehouse shipping associates tender packages through the CLS shipping station to ship Fed Ex, UPS, DHL, or other freight carriers. They may also handle LTL shipping, arranging boxes on a pallet, wrapping them, writing up a bill of lading, and contacting carriers to ship customer orders.
Pull / Put-Away AssociateWarehouse Pull/Put-Away Associates pull product from various locations to fulfill customer orders and return any remaining product to warehouse locations.
Put Wall AssociateWarehouse Put Wall Associates pull customer line‑item parts from specified put wall bins, gather items, organize them on a cart, and take the cart to the packing associates.
Receiving AssociateWarehouse Receiving Associates unload, unpack, and upload inbound vendor shipments into the system, and may need to contact buyers or quality departments to verify product discrepancies. They must be organized and detail‑oriented.
Replenishment AssociateWarehouse Replenishment Associates restock the warehouse pick module with needed inventory by pulling from the bulk stocking area, scanning items into totes, and sending totes to the pick module via conveyor.
Inventory ControlWarehouse Inventory Associates investigate missing inventory, verify each bin quarterly, justify adjustments, complete work orders, and may help investigate shipment discrepancies for the Quality Department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Fill customer orders as assigned by picking, scale counting, packing, or shipping material.
- Generate appropriate labels for product identification and/or mark materials with identifying information.
- Prepare parcels for shipment in accordance with Heilind and customer specifications to prevent damage, ensure preservation, and accurate identification.
- Work in a manner that promotes efficient handling and minimizes waste.
- Participate in Company‑sponsored training and process improvement activities.
- Comply with all Company Policies as defined in the Company’s Warehouse Orientation Packet.
- Pursue continuous improvement through training and process improvement.
- Comply with all applicable elements of the Company’s Quality Management System.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Attention to detail.

- High school diploma or GED, or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior warehouse experience preferred but not required.
- Previous warehouse experience a plus.
- Must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR.
- Must be able to report to the assigned office location during scheduled in‑office workdays.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write simple correspondence.
- Ability to use electronic devices such as barcode scanners for material pulling and material put away.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
