Shipping & Inventory Associates – 1st Shift

Mentor & Chardon Area Pay: $18–$20/hr based on position and experience Shift: 1st Shift Inova Staffing is currently hiring Shipping & Inventory Associates for several of our clients in the Mentor and Chardon areas. These are great opportunities for candidates with experience in shipping, inventory, and warehouse operations who are looking for a 1st shift position.

Responsibilities may include:

• Managing and maintaining inventory records
• Using ERP systems to track inventory and materials
• Shipping and receiving materials
• Preparing orders and paperwork
• Maintaining accurate inventory counts
• Loading and unloading materials
• Assisting with general warehouse duties
• Operating lift trucks when required for the position

Requirements:

• Previous inventory experience required
• Experience using ERP or inventory management systems required
• Previous shipping/warehouse experience preferred
• Some positions require lift truck experience, while others do not
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable attendance and a good work ethic
