Our client is seeking an Accountant for their growing team north of Milwaukee.

If you have a bachelors degree in accounting, 5+ years of accounting experience, and a background in manufacturing, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career with a stable and expanding organization.

  Monday-Friday with flexible start times between 6:00 AM and 8:30 AM.

• Manage and maintain the general ledger for multiple business units
• Analyze costs and variances to support accurate financial reporting
• Lead month-end close processes
• Partner closely with accounting leadership to resolve issues and support reporting needs
• Serve as a key point of contact during external audits
• Prepare account reconciliations and financial analysis for use across the organization
• Support broader finance initiatives, including system upgrades and process improvements
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other finance and accounting team members
