This role supports commercial concrete projects, primarily focused on flatwork for new construction sites such as apartment buildings and hotels. You will work closely with a lead worker to assist with concrete placement, form handling, and general labor tasks on active construction sites.

• Assist the lead worker with daily concrete operations on commercial construction projects.
• Transport and position concrete forms as directed to prepare areas for flatwork pours.
• Wheelbarrow concrete from the delivery point to designated pour locations safely and efficiently.
• Help pour, spread, and support finishing activities for concrete flatwork on new construction projects.
• Tear down and remove concrete forms after curing, ensuring materials are organized for reuse.
• Use hand tools such as hammers, trowels, and measuring tools to support concrete placement and finishing.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area by removing debris and organizing tools and materials.
• Follow instructions from the lead worker and adhere to site safety guidelines and procedures.
• Lift and carry materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the workday.

• At least 2 years of concrete experience, preferably in commercial or flatwork projects.
• Hands-on experience with concrete labor, including assisting with pours and handling forms.
• Ability to use basic hand tools such as hammers, trowels, and measuring tools.
• Capability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Ownership of basic personal tools, including a hammer and tape measure.
• Familiarity with working on active construction sites and following safety practices.

• Experience as a concrete finisher is a plus, provided you have hands‑on field experience.
• Prior experience working on commercial projects such as apartment buildings or hotels.
• Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions on construction sites.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to take direction from a lead worker or supervisor.

This position is based on active construction sites, primarily involving commercial new construction flatwork. You will regularly use basic hand tools such as hammers, trowels, and tape measures.

Appropriate construction attire, including sturdy work boots and other site-required protective gear, is expected to ensure safety and comfort on the job.

This is a Permanent position based out of Mequon, WI.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $40.00/hr.
