This is an exempt 12-month, professional live-in position reporting to the Director of Residence Life. The Resident Hall Director participates as a member of the Residence Life staff, creates opportunities for student development through excellent programming and individual student interactions, and demonstrates a strong student focus with evening and weekend commitments. Following a model of Servant Leadership, the Resident Hall Director is responsible for the organization and leadership of student development activities, supervision of RA staff, adjudicating conduct, and management of administrative operations of assigned residential areas.
The successful candidate must be committed to fostering a Christ-centered culturally diverse atmosphere for faculty, staff and students.
