Relationship Banker - Mequon, WI

• Build and retain meaningful relationships with customers, using financial knowledge to recommend thoughtful solutions.
• Collaborate with partners (Mortgage, Wealth Management) to connect customers to experts for specialized needs.
• Operate teller drawer, serve lobby/drive‑up customers, open accounts, maintain accounts, and assist with digital products.
• Recognize potential fraud and other risks.
• Depending on the shift, manage bank opening/closing and support community and bank events.

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, financial service, or sales role.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Estimated hourly rate: $21.00 – $28.00, with eligibility for an annual bonus. Actual pay may vary based on qualifications, skills, and experience.
