Chase - 5909 West Mequon Road - Responsibilities:
Greet clients as they enter the branch and manage lobby flow using a tablet;
Provide account servicing and maintenance including opening new accounts;
Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology self-service options (mobile app, online banking, ATMs);
Build relationships with clients and collaborate with branch team to meet financial goals;
Perform branch operations such as cash vault/ATM handling while adhering to policies
