Relient Health seeks a caring and compassionatePhysical Therapist (PT)to work in a greatAssisted Living Facility (ALF)/ Independent Living Facility (ILF) setting. Thispart-time,permanentposition is a chance to make a real difference in the patients' lives at this facility.
Qualifications- Active Physical Therapy license in the state of practice or eligibility to apply
- Graduate Degree froman accredited
Physical Therapy program (or foreign equivalent) - Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Responsibilities
- Screening patients
- Performing evaluations and developing initial and interim treatment and discharge plans
- Documenting progress toward identified objectives
- Overseeing Physical Therapist Assistant(s)
- Developing and implementing new programs/techniques to enhance physical therapy services
- Conducting patient and family education
- Delivering quality physical therapy services
- Putting patient service first
- Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player
- We will only consider new grads with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)
